Here is a growing collection of DWF file utilities and viewers for use on SGI-IRIX workstations.
libwhiptool.so*
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH `pwd`
write_dwf* writes a
basic DWF file.
read_dwf* reads and
displays many DWF files.
(*) You'll want to use Shift-LeftClick or RightClick to download the file to your IRIX system.

DWF is Autodesk's drawing format for use on the World Wide Web. It is essentially a 2D representation of an AutoCAD drawing file. Data is stored in a 32-bit integer logical coordinate system. This allows panning and zooming within the drawing to view details.
