      1. If you live outside of California, no sales tax applies

For US addresses, add $3.00 for regular (shifter bushing orders only), $8.00 for Priority Mail (for shift linkage kits, etc.), or $20.00 for Express Mail shipping, for a total (Priority and Express for full shift kits). For larger items (like spring bushing kits), shipping will be $12.50 for Priority mail.

Returns Policy:

• Parts may be returned for a refund within 60 days of original purchase.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from original purchase price less outgoing postage.
    • Parts must be in new and unused condition for the refund.
      • Used or blemished parts can yield partial refunds at the discretion of Visual Diagnostics.
      • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
      • Returns/refunds outside of the 60 day window will be less any transaction fees, typically 4% - 4%.
      • Parts that have been modified by the customer or that have been built to unique customer specifications are generally not refundable.
  • One exception to this policy is in the case that the parts do not fit properly, per the installation instructions;
    • In such a case Visual Diagnostics will refund the full purchase price less shipping.
