These pivot tubes have a hole clear through so are a little tricky to remove. One easy way is to use a thread tap or bolt (1/2" fine or coarse thread) and screw it into the end of the pivot tube a turn or two until it grabs, then rock the tube out of the base plate hole. The Delrin pivot tubes may require a little sanding for a precise fit in your truck, so if you find the fit is too tight, you can remove and re-sand the tube until it fits to your liking. Again if you want a tighter fit on the pivot, leave the OD of the tube a little large and when you drive it into the base plate, the ID of the hole will shrink a bit. Likewise if the pivot fit is a little snug, sand the tube down to just slide into the base plate, if needed a little adhesive (like Shoe Goo) can be used to hold it in place.   (68/70)
